Hello! My name is Lily and I am a young professional based in Chicago, Illinois. I graduated from The University of Wisconsin- Madison in May of 2021, where I majored in Journalism and Political Science and received certificates in Public Policy and Jewish Studies.

Since 2020, I have been working in electoral politics, which has given me robust experience in many different areas in a short amount of time. I am currently at New Chicago Consulting doing campaign finance work, and before that, I worked in PAC relations at Progressive Turnout Project as the Southeastern Legislative Coordinator.

Additionally, I am currently working on my certificate in UX/UI Design through Google. I hope to use the skills I learn in this course to make politics accessible for everyone.

When I am not working with Democratic caucuses and legislative candidates, you can find me cheering on the Badgers, working on the latest New York Times crossword puzzle, or writing for my political blog, Chicks & Balances. With interests in communications and political research, I am excited to continue developing the skills I have gained throughout my various experiences.
